These are the steps we can follow to get you and your family into the home you need.

1. If needed, we’ll get you in contact with one of our financial service providers to determine the amount of loan available to you.
2. We’ll find your new home.
   1. I’ll search the Multiple Listing Service  using your requirements and print a report on all properties that fit your need.
   2. We’ll visit each home until we find the perfect one for you.
   3. If we’re unable to find what you’re looking for right away, I will enter your requirements into real estate database and you will automatically be sent an email whenever new listings fitting your requirements are entered.
3. When we find the home you like, I’ll do a Right Price Analysis using recent comparable sells in the neighborhood to help you determine a reasonable and conservative offering price.
4. We’ll write a contract and submit it to the listing agent to be presented to the seller.  The contract will be written to protect you in many ways, including making the deal subject to satisfactory inspections.
5. After the contract is accepted by you and the seller, we’ll set a date for closing.  Loans usually take about 30 days for approval, so closing could be very close after that.
6. Before closing, we’ll have appropriate inspections and an appraisal done.
7. Go to closing.
8. Move your family into your new home!
